Deleting your data

Adsome Suite is operated by Stromberg Media AB (org.nr 559387-6591). You can have everything we hold about you deleted at any time, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

Email carl@adsome.io with the subject “Data deletion request” from the address you use to sign in. We confirm within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.

If you connected a Meta account, removing Adsome Suite from your Meta settings also revokes our access immediately and triggers the same deletion automatically.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity
• All stored access tokens, deleted immediately
• Advertising data, performance metrics and creative metadata retrieved on your behalf
• Any analysis or recommendations generated from that data

Advertising in your Meta ad accounts is not affected — deleting your data here does not pause or remove live campaigns. Ads are managed in Meta Ads Manager, which we do not control.

What we may keep

We retain records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices under Swedish accounting law. These contain billing details, not advertising data.
