1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Adsome Suite, operated by Stromberg Media AB, org.nr 559387-6591, Stockholm, Sweden. By signing in you accept them.
2. Access
Access is granted by invitation. Accounts are personal — do not share your sign-in credentials or link. We may suspend access that is shared, misused, or no longer authorised by the account owner.
3. What the platform does
Adsome Suite reads advertising data from ad accounts you have authorised and presents analysis of it. Where you have granted management permissions, it can also create and amend advertising at your instruction.
Anything the platform creates in an ad account is created paused. Nothing begins spending money without a person explicitly approving it. Budget increases likewise require explicit approval, and every such action is recorded with who performed it and when.
4. Analysis and recommendations
Performance analysis and creative recommendations are generated automatically and are advisory. They are derived from your historical advertising data and are not a guarantee of future results. You remain responsible for decisions about your advertising spend.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorised to grant access to the ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for the content of advertising created through the platform and for its compliance with Meta's advertising policies and applicable law.
6. Meta Platform Terms
Use of this platform involves the Meta Marketing API. We operate in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and your use of Meta advertising services remains subject to your own agreements with Meta. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Advertising data is refreshed on a schedule and may lag the figures shown in Meta Ads Manager. Where the two differ, Meta's own reporting is authoritative.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the platform is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue, or indirect losses.
9. Termination
Either party may end access at any time. On termination we delete your data in line with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
